Tax Authority Initiates Inspection Proceedings

FDC Limited issued a formal notification regarding regulatory disclosure procedures concerning an action taken by a government authority. On February 10, 2026, the Goods & Service Tax Department, Maharashtra, commenced an inspection/search proceeding.

The proceedings were initiated at the Company’s Corporate office located in Andheri West, Mumbai. The notification confirms that the inspection began at 1615 hours on the stated date, pursuant to the authority’s power under Section 67 of the Maharashtra Goods & Service Tax Act, 2017.

Scope of the Investigation

The scope of the ongoing inspection/search primarily covers areas related to the payment of tax, the claim of input tax credit (ITC), and matters concerning tax refunds.
