KPI Green Energy Limited has successfully secured additional significant orders from subsidiaries of the Adani Group. These new contracts relate to a 300 MWac / 405 MWdc renewable energy development situated at the Khavda Hybrid Renewable Power Project in Kutch, Gujarat. The announcement, dated February 10, 2026, highlights the company’s ongoing role as a trusted execution partner for large-scale utility renewable energy developments.

Scope of Works

The comprehensive scope of work awarded to KPI Green Energy encompasses several critical components for the project’s execution. This includes the completion of electrical AC-DC works, extensive civil works such as pile foundation execution, installation of module mounting structures, module erection, and setting up robotic cleaning system structures and IDT stations. Furthermore, the company is responsible for the supply of essential electrical DC/AC & HT equipment, excluding main equipment.

Aggregate Project Portfolio Growth

The addition of this 300 MWac project increases the total confirmed order book received by KPI Green Energy from the Adani Group entities specifically for the Khavda projects. This aggregate total now stands at 834 MWac / 1,131 MWdc. This figure incorporates the 534 MWac / 726 MWdc order that was previously disclosed to the exchanges on January 16, 2026.

Execution Strategy

The execution of these substantial orders will be managed in a phased manner, strictly adhering to the timelines stipulated within the respective Service Orders and Purchase Orders issued by the customer.
