The commitment requires supplying power with a maximum annual Capacity Utilization Factor (CUF) of 35%, alongside 4 hours of peak supply (2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening) at 95% annual availability.
The timeline associated with the award outlines the Scheduled Commercial Operation Date (SCOD) as December 31, 2027.
