Smt. Anuradha Rao has been appointed as an Independent Director for a term of three years, effective from November 13, 2025, until November 12, 2028. Her brief profile is attached as Annexure A.
Smt. Parvathy Vairava Sundaram has also been appointed as an Independent Director for a term of three years, effective from December 9, 2025, until December 8, 2028. Her brief profile is attached as Annexure B.

It is confirmed that both Smt. Anuradha Rao and Smt. Parvathy Vairava Sundaram are not related to any existing Director of the Company. Additionally, they are not debarred from holding the office of Director.
