Karnataka Bank has announced changes in its senior management. Mr. Venkat Krishnan Veeramoni, Chief Information Officer & Chief Technology Officer, has resigned, effective February 6, 2026. Mr. Raghuram H. S., General Manager, will assume the additional charge of IT & MIS Department with immediate effect. These changes reflect the bank’s ongoing efforts to optimize its leadership structure.
CIO Resignation
Mr. Venkat Krishnan Veeramoni, the Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology Officer of Karnataka Bank, has tendered his resignation. The resignation will be effective from the close of business hours on February 6, 2026, following its submission on January 31, 2026.
New Responsibilities
Following Mr. Veeramoni’s departure, Mr. Raghuram H. S., currently serving as General Manager, will take on the additional responsibility of overseeing the IT & MIS Department with immediate effect from February 6, 2026. Mr. Raghuram H.S. joined Karnataka Bank on April 29, 1994. He currently manages the Branch Banking Department, Products Department and Business Solutions Group (BSG) w.e.f. January 1, 2026. Before this, he was the Chief Risk Officer of the Bank.
