Max Estates Jillian Leigh Moo-Young Appointed as Alternate Director

Max Estates has announced the appointment of Jillian Leigh Moo-Young as an Alternate Director, effective February 6, 2026. She will serve in place of Anthony Ramsey Malloy. In addition, Arihant Kothari has been appointed as Chief Investment Officer – Capital Strategy, also effective February 6, 2026.

Leadership Appointments

Max Estates’ Board of Directors approved the appointment of Jillian Leigh Moo-Young as an Alternate Director for Anthony Ramsey Malloy, a Non-Executive Director, during a meeting held on February 6, 2026. Moo-Young will assume the role due to Malloy’s visit to India, which allowed him to attend the board meeting.

Chief Investment Officer Appointment

The company also announced the appointment of Arihant Kothari as Chief Investment Officer – Capital Strategy, effective February 6, 2026. He will serve as a Senior Management Personnel.

Jillian Leigh Moo-Young’s Background

Jillian Leigh Moo-Young is a Senior-Vice President and Head of Alternative Strategy at New York Life Insurance Company. She oversees investment strategy, asset allocation, and portfolio management. She has almost 33 years of investment management and financial services experience and has held senior leadership roles at American International Group/Corebridge Financial, AIG Investments and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Moo-Young holds a BA in Economics from Columbia University and an MBA from Harvard University.

Arihant Kothari’s Background

Arihant Kothari has over 17 years of experience in real estate private equity, including portfolio management, asset management, investor relations, and capital raising in India and the UK. He has experience from Tishman Speyer and a strong focus on value creation.
