New Manufacturing Unit Approved
Sharda Motor Industries is expanding its operational footprint with the approval of a new manufacturing unit in Haridwar, Uttarakhand. The expansion aims to increase the manufacturing capacity of the company’s existing product lines. The new unit is expected to begin commercial production by July 2026, subject to necessary approvals, and will involve an investment of approximately ₹200 million financed through internal accruals. This strategic move will assist the company in catering to the supply of increased volumes in the vicinity of customer locations.

The board has also approved the unaudited financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2026. Key financial highlights include:

For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, the company reported a total income of ₹2,488.36 million and a profit after tax of ₹254.62 million.
