Bosch Limited Revenue Up 9.4%, Profit Before Tax at 14.5%

Bosch Limited announced a 9.4% increase in total revenue from operations, reaching INR 4,886 crores in Quarter 3 (Oct-Dec) of FY 2025-26. Profit Before Tax stood at 14.5% of total revenue. Growth was driven by higher demand in passenger cars and off-highway segments. The company also factored in changes in labor code, impacting employee benefits expense.

Financial Performance Highlights

Bosch Limited reported a 9.4% year-over-year increase in total revenue from operations for Quarter 3 (Oct-Dec) of FY 2025-26, amounting to INR 4,886 crores (471 million euros). Profit Before Tax (before exceptional items) for the quarter stood at INR 709 crores (68 million euros), representing 14.5% of total revenue. Profit After Tax was recorded at INR 532 crores (51 million euros), or 10.9% of revenue.

Segment Performance and Outlook

The automotive segment experienced a notable increase, with overall product sales up by 18.5% compared to the same quarter of the previous year. The Power Solutions business saw a growth of 19.5%, primarily driven by demand in passenger cars and off-highway segments. The two-wheeler business grew by 58.3%, fueled by higher sales of exhaust gas sensors due to the OBDII implementation. The mobility aftermarket business increased by 5.3%.

However, the Beyond Mobility business witnessed a decline of 23.3% due to the sale of “Video solutions, Access and Intrusions and Communication systems” business in May 2025.

Strategic Focus

Management anticipates continued positive momentum in the automotive sector and will focus on leveraging a favorable product mix and advancing future-ready technologies. The company factored in changes in labour code and has included impact under employee benefits expense.

Dividend Distribution Policy Amendment

The board also approved amendments to the company’s Dividend Distribution Policy on February 06, 2026. The policy details the factors considered before declaring a dividend and the utilization of retained earnings.
