He has held senior HR leadership roles at multiple organizations.

Extensive HR Experience
Athma brings over two decades of experience in strategic HR management, performance management systems, employee and industrial relations, and change management. His expertise spans various sectors, including pharmaceuticals, auto ancillary, telecommunications, and consulting.
Previous Roles
Prior to joining Olectra Greentech, Athma held senior HR leadership positions at organizations such as Telenor India, Syngenta, ETS India Pvt. Ltd, Computer Sciences Corporation, and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories.
Educational Background
Athma holds a postgraduate qualification in HRM and DBM from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and IMM respectively. He also holds an MA in Defence Studies from the University of Madras.
