NBCC Supreme Court Approves Completion of Supertech’s Stalled Projects

The Supreme Court has approved the completion of 16 stalled projects of Supertech Limited by NBCC (India) Limited. These projects encompass 49,748 houses across Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana, and Karnataka.

Supreme Court Verdict on Supertech Projects

The Hon’ble Supreme Court has approved the completion of 16 stalled projects by Supertech Limited under the supervision of NBCC (India) Limited, as announced on February 6th, 2026. This decision follows the hearing of appeals and supports the earlier December 12, 2024, order of the Hon’ble NCLAT.

Project Details and Scope

NBCC will undertake the completion of these projects, encompassing a total of 49,748 houses. These housing projects are located in multiple states: Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana, and Karnataka.

Financial Aspects

The tentative construction cost for completing these projects is approximately ₹9,445 crore, which includes a 3% contingency. The Project Management Consultancy (PMC) fee is fixed at 8%, which includes a 1% marketing fee.
