Karur Vysya Bank Inaugurates 900th Branch in Tondiarpet, Chennai

Karur Vysya Bank (KVB) has inaugurated its 900th branch in Tondiarpet, Chennai. The branch was inaugurated by Mr. Ramesh Babu, Managing Director & CEO. New Branch Launch

Karur Vysya Bank (KVB) has expanded its presence with the inauguration of its 900th branch in Tondiarpet, Chennai. Mr. Ramesh Babu, Managing Director & CEO of Karur Vysya Bank, inaugurated the branch. The event was also attended by Dr. S. Uma, IAS, Additional Secretary to the Government, Health and Family Welfare Department, and other senior officials.

The branch is located at Karur Vysya Bank, Ground Floor, No 729/2 Tiruvottiyur High Road, New Washermanpet, Chennai, 600081. It is designed to support local businesses, entrepreneurs and families. Financial Highlights

As of December 31, 2025, Karur Vysya Bank’s total business stood at Rs. 2,11,647 crores, which includes deposits of Rs. 1,14,595 crores and advances of Rs. 97,052 crores. The bank reported a net profit of Rs. 690 crores for Q3 FY26, with a Net NPA of 0.19%.
