Interim Dividend Declared
The Board of Directors has approved an interim dividend of ₹110 per equity share (Nominal Value: ₹2), equivalent to 5,500%, for the financial year 2025-26. The record date for determining entitlement is February 11, 2026, and the dividend payment will be completed by March 7, 2026.
Strategic Investments
The board approved several strategic investments aimed at bolstering its capabilities and promoting sustainable practices:

An additional investment of ₹275 crore will be made in Euler Motors Private Limited. The investment will be executed in one or more tranches, through primary infusion and/or secondary purchase.

An investment of up to ₹3.25 crore is planned for a Solar Power Wheeling Project at the company’s Haridwar plant under the Group Captive Mechanism.

The company will invest up to ₹4.67 crore in a Solar Power Wheeling Project for its Neemrana plant, Global Parts Centre, and Centre for Innovation & Technology in Jaipur, utilizing the Group Captive Mechanism.
Leadership Appointment
Mr. Prabhat Singh has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective February 5, 2026. He will also serve as the Nodal Officer of the Company.
Q3 2026 Financial Results
