KNR Constructions has secured a Letter of Acceptance for a new project from Musi Riverfront Development Corporation Limited. The project involves constructing an iconic bridge across Mir Alam Tank, connecting Bengaluru National Highway at Shastripuram to Chintalmet under EPC mode. The project is valued at ₹3,192 Mn (excluding GST) with a construction period of 24 months.

SPV Sale to Indus Infra Trust
KNR Constructions has executed Share Purchase Agreements (SPAs) with Indus Infra Trust for the proposed sale of its 100% shareholding (including Sub Debt) in four Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs). The company expects to invest ₹5,668 Mn in these SPVs and receive a total sum of ₹15,432 Mn through this transaction.
