- PAT: Rs. 431 mn (up 41% YoY)
The Adjusted EBITDA Margin, excluding the impact of New Delhi and Faridabad Sec-20 hospitals, was robust at 29.2%. The company’s bed capacity now stands at 2,550+ beds with an occupancy rate of 67% (up 11% YoY) and an ARPOB of Rs. 33,744 (up 10% YoY).
New Hospital Contributions
The recently acquired and integrated hospitals are showing promising results. Faridabad Sec-20 and New Delhi generated Rs. 279 mn revenue, contributing 9% to the group’s revenues within their first full quarter of operations. Monthly revenue rate for Faridabad Sec-20 is Rs. 7-8 crore, while Model Town, New Delhi generated Rs. 5 crore+.
Agra Hospital Integration
The integration of Agra Hospital was effective from February 2026. The hospital has 250 beds and is built across approximately 1,65,000 sq. ft. It is expected to contribute meaningfully to both revenue and EBITDA from day one.

The company continues to strengthen its governance and management bandwidth with key appointments:
