Financial Performance
Bharti Hexacom reported revenues of Rs 2,360 crore for Q3 FY26, marking a 4.8% YoY increase and 1.8% QoQ growth. EBITDA reached Rs 1,282 crore, with a margin of 54.3%, up by 128 bps YoY. EBITDAaL stood at Rs 1,124 crore, with a margin of 47.6%, an increase of 136 bps YoY. EBIT was reported at Rs 715 crore, with a margin of 30.3%, up by 88 bps YoY. Net income before exceptional items stood at Rs 432 crore.
Segmental Performance
Mobile services revenues grew by 3.6% YoY, driven by higher ARPU and customer additions. The ARPU increased to Rs 253 in Q3’26 from Rs 241 in Q3’25. Mobile data traffic reached 2,022 PBs, up by 29.8% YoY. Homes, Office and Other services segment reported a robust growth of 50.8% YoY, driven by the addition of 73K new customers in Q3’26.
Operational Highlights
The overall customer base stood at 29.04 million. Smartphone data customers increased by 1.5 Mn YoY and 0.3 Mn QoQ, accounting for 78% of the total mobile customer base. Mobile data usage increased by 29.8% YoY, with average consumption at 32.0 GB per month. The company deployed 237 towers to strengthen the network. Net Debt (excluding lease obligations) to EBITDAaL ratio (annualized) stood at 0.48 times.
