Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys (IMFA) has announced the approval of unaudited financial results for Q3 2026. The board also noted the retirement of Non-Executive Independent Director, Mr. Bijoy Kumar Das, and approved the appointment of Dr. Deepak Kumar Mohanty as an Additional Director. Financial Performance Q3 2026
The Board of Directors approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The standalone revenue from operations stood at ₹702.83 crore for the quarter. Total income was ₹724.06 crore. Profit before tax was ₹160.38 crore, and profit for the period was ₹130.67 crore. The basic EPS was ₹24.22.
Leadership Transition
Mr. Bijoy Kumar Das, Non-Executive Independent Director, retired effective close of business hours on February 8, 2026, upon completion of his second term.
New Appointment
Dr. Deepak Kumar Mohanty was appointed as an Additional Director (Independent Director) on the Board. His appointment is for a term of five years from the date of obtaining security clearance from the Director General of Civil Aviation, Government of India, subject to shareholder approval. Dr. Mohanty’s profile includes extensive experience as an economist and policy contributor, including roles at the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) and the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
Internal Auditor Appointment
The Board appointed M/s Protiviti India Member Private Limited as Internal Auditors for the financial year 2026-27.
