NAVA CFO Resigns, B. Srinivasa Rao Appointed Effective March 4, 2026

NAVA has announced the resignation of CFO, K. V. S. Vithal, effective March 3, 2026, as he pursues other opportunities. B. Srinivasa Rao, previously Financial Controller, has been appointed as the new CFO and Key Managerial Personnel, starting March 4, 2026. Mr. Rao has been with the company since 2023.

Leadership Transition

K. V. S. Vithal has resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel at NAVA. His resignation will take effect at the close of business hours on March 3, 2026. He is leaving to pursue other professional opportunities.

New CFO Appointment

The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of B. Srinivasa Rao as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel. This appointment is effective from March 4, 2026.

B. Srinivasa Rao’s Background

Mr. Rao has been with NAVA since 2023 and currently serves as the Financial Controller. He brings over 30 years of experience across a wide spectrum of finance functions including financial reporting, controllership, audits, treasury, taxation, mergers and acquisitions, financial planning and analysis, and business finance. His responsibilities include consolidation of accounts, treasury management, business accounts, Taxation, Costing and overall supervision of the finance and accounts function.

B. Srinivasa Rao currently holds 13,700 shares in his name and his spouse holds 4,600 shares.
