The project entails the construction of a 6-lane expressway that is upgradable to 8-lane, spanning from km 28.500 to 73.744 km. This section is located in the State of Uttar Pradesh and operates on Hybrid Annuity Mode under the Bharatmala Pariyojana (Package-2).

The project was officially appointed on November 10, 2022, with a completion period of 910 days. The initially scheduled completion date was May 8, 2025. The Provisional Completion Certificate (PCOD) is dated February 4, 2026, and recognizes the project’s commercial operations starting from October 1, 2025, after receiving approval from the Competent Authority.
Project Cost
The Bid Project Cost (BPC) for this undertaking is Rs. 1513.0 Crores, including price index multiple as per the Concession Agreement.
