As previously approved on August 5, 2025, Aurionpro completed the acquisition of approximately 83% stake in InfrariskSG Pte. Ltd. for USD 1.2 million in cash, with the remaining consideration of USD 0.80 million settled through the issuance of shares on December 19, 2025.
