Funds Utilization Update

Welspun Enterprises has released a statement confirming that there have been no deviations or variations in the use of funds raised through the issuance of convertible warrants for the quarter ending December 31, 2025 (Q3). The company is adhering to its outlined plans for these funds.

Convertible Warrant Details

As of December 31, 2025, the company had successfully issued and allotted convertible warrants. A total of ₹250 Crore, representing 25% of the total issue size, has been received as the subscription amount. The remaining 75% (₹750 Crore) is expected upon the exercise of the conversion option by warrant holders, converting warrants into equity shares within 18 months from the allotment date of December 1, 2025.

Fund Allocation

The funds are primarily designated for the construction of a 6-lane partially elevated highway corridor project, with ₹750.00 Crore allocated to this project. An additional ₹250.00 Crore is earmarked for general corporate purposes. There have been no modifications to the original objectives or allocation plans. The audit committee and auditors have reviewed these allocations and confirm no deviations.
