Financial Performance
RITES Limited reported a strong performance in Q3FY26. Consolidated operating revenue increased by 5.7% to ₹609 crore, and total revenue rose by 3.4% to ₹635 crore. Standalone operating revenue increased by 4.5% to ₹569 crore, with total revenue growing by 1.9% to ₹603 crore.
For the nine-month period (9MFY26), consolidated operating revenue increased by 2.8% to ₹1647 crore, and total revenue rose by 2.4% to ₹1726 crore. Standalone operating revenue increased by 2.0% to ₹1539 crore, with total revenue growing by 1.2% to ₹1640 crore.
Profitability
Consolidated profit before tax (PBT) for Q3FY26 increased by 7.0% to ₹154 crore, and profit after tax (PAT) rose by 5.2% to ₹115 crore. Standalone PBT increased by 2.0% to ₹125 crore, and PAT increased by 0.5% to ₹96 crore.
For 9MFY26, consolidated PBT increased by 14.0% to ₹422 crore, and PAT rose by 11.6% to ₹315 crore. Standalone PBT increased by 9.3% to ₹347 crore, and PAT increased by 7.6% to ₹264 crore.
Segmental Performance
The Consultancy segment showed revenue of ₹292 crore in Q3FY26, a 4.1% increase. The Export segment significantly increased, showing revenue of ₹62 crore. The Turnkey segment had revenue of ₹172 crore. Leasing segment revenue was ₹43 crore
For 9MFY26, Consultancy revenue was ₹851 crore, up 6.8%. Export revenue was ₹126 crore and Turnkey segment revenue was ₹434 crore
Order Book and New Business
RITES Limited achieved its highest ever order book, valued at ₹9262 crore. The company added new orders worth over ₹1100 crore during the quarter. Key projects include those in consultancy, turnkey, and exports.
REMC Ltd Performance
REMC Ltd showed a revenue increase of 28.2% with a revenue of ₹43 crore in operating revenue. PBT also increased by 39.9% to reach ₹36 crore
