Tube Investments Q3 FY26 Standalone PBT Surges to ₹253 Crore

Tube Investments of India Limited (TII) announced a 26% year-over-year increase in standalone Profit Before Tax (PBT) for Q3 FY26, reaching ₹253 Crore. Revenue for the quarter stood at ₹2,152 Crore. The Board declared an interim dividend of ₹2 per share for the financial year 2025-26. ROIC (annualized) was 49% and free cash flow for the quarter was ₹248 Cr.

Strong Financial Performance

Tube Investments of India Limited (TII) reported a strong standalone financial performance for the third quarter of fiscal year 2026. Key highlights from the announcement include:

  • Revenue in Q3 FY26 reached ₹2,152 Cr, compared to ₹1,910 Cr in the same period of the previous year.
  • Profit Before Tax (PBT) before exceptional items for the quarter was ₹268 Cr, reflecting a growth of 26% compared to ₹212 Cr in the corresponding period of the previous year.
  • Return on Invested Capital (ROIC) (annualized) stood at 49% for the quarter ended December 31st, 2025, compared to 43% for the same period in the previous year.
  • The company reported a free cash flow of ₹248 Cr for the quarter.

Interim Dividend Declared

The Board of Directors has declared an interim dividend of ₹2 per share for the financial year 2025-26.

Segment Performance

Engineering

The Engineering segment reported revenue of ₹1,438 Cr for the quarter, compared to ₹1,212 Cr in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Profit before interest and tax for the quarter was ₹196 Cr, as against ₹156 Cr in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

Metal Formed Products

The Metal Formed Products segment achieved revenue of ₹408 Cr for the quarter, compared to ₹400 Cr in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Profit before interest and tax for the quarter was ₹46 Cr, as against ₹40 Cr in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

Mobility

The Mobility segment reported revenue of ₹183 Cr for the quarter, compared to ₹142 Cr in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Profit before interest and tax for the quarter was ₹4 Cr, as against a loss of ₹0.8 Cr in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

Others

The ‘Others’ segment posted revenue of ₹214 Cr for the quarter, compared to ₹252 Cr in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Profit before interest and tax for the quarter was ₹19 Cr, as against ₹11 Cr in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
