Experience and Expertise

With almost 20 years of internal audit and risk advisory experience, Kaushik has advised boards, audit committees, investors, and CXOs on enhancing governance and internal control. His prior experience includes leadership roles at large Indian conglomerates, listed entities, and multinational organizations. His sector experience encompasses renewable energy, infrastructure, real estate, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and food and beverage industries.

Strategic Objectives

Before joining ACME Solar, Kaushik led the Internal Audit function at O2 Power and worked with firms like Ernst & Young, KPMG, and Grant Thornton. His expertise in internal audit and process transformation, particularly in the renewable energy sector, will be crucial as ACME Solar scales its operations. His mandate includes helping the company develop agile, standardized, and digitally enabled processes that support growth and deliver long-term value to stakeholders.
