  1. Sale of DLF TechPark II, an IT/ITES SEZ undertaking, along with a freehold land parcel admeasuring approximately 8.15 acres. The property has a gross leasable area of approximately 1,054,357 square feet. The consideration for this component is approximately ₹409.86 crore.

  2. Sale of a vacant land parcel admeasuring approximately 17.75 acres. The consideration for the land parcel is approximately ₹260 crore.

Financial Impact

The total consideration from these transactions amounts to approximately ₹669.86 crore. The turnover of the Kolkata IT/ITES SEZ business for FY 2024-25 was ₹66.88 crore, representing approximately 1.49% of the company’s total turnover.
