Motilal Oswal Financial Services reported a strong Q3FY26, driven by its annuity businesses. Operating profit after tax increased by 16% YoY to ₹611 crores, with Asset and Private Wealth businesses growing by 32% YoY and contributing over 50% to the group’s operating profit. The board declared an interim dividend of ₹6/share, a 20% increase. Consolidated annual recurring revenue now stands at 65% of total net revenue.
Financial Performance Highlights
Q3FY26 witnessed strength across most businesses, with growth primarily driven by annuity businesses. The operating profit after tax increased by 16% YoY to ₹611 crores. The Asset and Private Wealth businesses grew by 32% YoY and contributed over 50% to the group’s operating profit. Q3FY26 PAT includes an impact of ₹14.4 crores towards employee benefits due to the new labor code. Adjusted for this, PAT growth was 18%.
Key Business Segment Performance
Asset and Private Wealth Management
The Asset Management business (AMC + Alternates) continued its momentum, with net flows in Q3FY26 at ₹11,600 crores. AUM stood at ₹1.89 lakh crores as of December 31, 2025, up 33% YoY. Alternates AUM grew to ₹34,284 crores. The Private Wealth business saw AUM grow 31% YoY to ₹1.95 lakh crores. Revenue stood at ₹816 crores for 9MFY26, up 16% YoY, with PAT at ₹280 crores, up 14% YoY.
Wealth Management
Distribution book grew 34% YoY to ₹42,775 crores. NII income recorded 21% YoY growth. The total loan book AUM grew 25% YoY to ₹6,630 crores. ARR book grew by 33% YoY.
Capital Market Business
PAT grew 15% YoY in Q3FY26 to ₹70 crores. Successfully completed 51 deals in 9MFY26 with a cumulative issue size of ₹77,150+ crores. Fee income in 9M delivered 52% growth YoY to ₹65 crores.
Housing Finance Business
Disbursements were robust at ₹364 crores after adjustments. AUM grew 24% YoY to ₹5,379 crores. Gross NPA and net NPA stood at 1.4% and 0.9% respectively as of December 2025.
Dividend Declaration
Based on the strong performance, the board has declared an interim dividend of ₹6/share, up by 20% compared to ₹5/share in the previous year.
