As of February 3, 2026, Mr. Rajesh Keswani (Vice President, Works, Sirohi), Mr. Rajpal Singh Shekhawat (Assistant Vice President, Works, Durg), and Mr. Sanjeeva Kr. Jha (Head, CSR & Sustainability) have been inducted as Senior Management employees.
Brief Profiles of New Senior Management
Mr. Rajesh Keswani brings over 30 years of experience in Cement, Thermal and Solar power plants. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a Master of Business Administration, and is a BEE-certified Energy Manager and Auditor.
Mr. Rajpal Singh Shekhawat is a seasoned professional with over 23 years of experience in cement manufacturing, plant operations and project management. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Management.
Mr. Sanjeeva Kr. Jha has over 25 years of professional experience in CSR and Sustainability. He holds a postgraduate degree in Economics and an MBA in Operations Management.
Retirement Announcement
Mr. Mukul Srivastava, Sr. Vice President (Works), Durg, will be superannuating from the Company effective at the close of business hours on February 28, 2026.
