The company recognized an incremental impact of ₹37.06 crores and ₹10.53 crores towards gratuity and compensated absences respectively, under ‘Employees benefits expense’ due to the implementation of the new Labour Codes. This significantly impacted the profitability for Q3 FY26.

- Consumer & Bazaar: ₹2,802.31 crores
- Business to Business: ₹667.15 crores
Bonus Share Issuance
During the nine months ended December 31, 2025, the members of the Company approved, through postal ballot on September 11, 2025, the issuance of bonus equity shares in the proportion of 1:1. Consequently, the Company allotted 50,88,57,016 equity shares as bonus shares on September 24, 2025, by utilization of securities premium.
