Innovation Hub Details
The Innovation Hub will integrate artificial intelligence and advanced technologies throughout the bank’s technology ecosystem, fostering innovation, resilience, and efficiency. Infosys will contribute its AI, cloud, and cybersecurity expertise to advance Citizens’ AI-first operating model.
Infosys Topaz Fabric, a specialized agentic services suite, will be leveraged to integrate infrastructure, models, data, applications, and workflows. This will support the development of scalable, agent-ready capabilities designed to simplify and increase the speed of delivery of new financial products and digital services.
