For the first nine months of the financial year, KPI Green Energy reported:
- Total revenue of INR 1,931 crores, a 64% increase over the previous year.
- EBITDA grew to INR 701 crores, up by 71%.
- Profit after tax reached INR 354 crores, registering a 60% growth.
Project Updates and Expansion
The company shared updates on key projects and future expansion plans:
- Commissioned 24.2 MW AC (34.4 MW DC) of the 250 MW GUVNL solar project, recognizing revenues starting next month. Completion is expected by the end of June.
- Secured a 152 MW floating solar EPC contract from GSECL at Kadana Dam.
- Received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from GUVNL for a 445 MW/890 MW standalone Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project.
- Signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Government of Botswana for large-scale renewable energy generation and energy storage with a potential capacity of approximately 5 GW, aiming to commission an initial 500 MW project in a couple of years.
- Received orders for balance of plant supply and on-site services from Adani Green totaling 534 MW at Khavda.
