Financial Performance in Q3 FY26

KPI Green Energy Limited announced strong financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2026. Key highlights include:

  • Total revenue of INR 676 crores, a 45% year-over-year growth.
  • EBITDA reached INR 251 crores, reflecting a 73% increase.
  • Profit before tax increased to INR 170 crores, up by 48%.
  • Profit after tax stood at INR 126 crores, also growing by 48%.

9-Month Performance Highlights

For the first nine months of the financial year, KPI Green Energy reported:

  • Total revenue of INR 1,931 crores, a 64% increase over the previous year.
  • EBITDA grew to INR 701 crores, up by 71%.
  • Profit after tax reached INR 354 crores, registering a 60% growth.

Project Updates and Expansion

The company shared updates on key projects and future expansion plans:

  • Commissioned 24.2 MW AC (34.4 MW DC) of the 250 MW GUVNL solar project, recognizing revenues starting next month. Completion is expected by the end of June.
  • Secured a 152 MW floating solar EPC contract from GSECL at Kadana Dam.
  • Received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from GUVNL for a 445 MW/890 MW standalone Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project.
  • Signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Government of Botswana for large-scale renewable energy generation and energy storage with a potential capacity of approximately 5 GW, aiming to commission an initial 500 MW project in a couple of years.
  • Received orders for balance of plant supply and on-site services from Adani Green totaling 534 MW at Khavda.

Strategic Vision

KPI Green Energy is progressing towards its long-term vision of achieving 10 GW of capacity by 2030.
