Ventive’s international business saw revenue jump by 46% and EBITDA by 73%, while its India business revenue was up 22% and EBITDA by 35%. The company is optimistic about sustained growth momentum.

Key Financial Highlights

Ventive Hospitality (BSE: 544321, NSE: VENTIVE) reported a 27% year-over-year increase in consolidated revenue for Q3 FY26, reaching ₹722 crore. Consolidated EBITDA stood at ₹348 crore, reflecting a 25% year-over-year increase. The consolidated EBITDA margin was 48%. This was the fifth consecutive quarter of positive PAT for the company, which reached ₹141 crore.

Hospitality Sector Performance

The hospitality business generated revenue of ₹565 crore, a 35% yoy increase. The EBITDA from the hospitality business was ₹226 crore, a 54% yoy increase. The EBITDA margin for this sector reached 40%, a 5 percentage points expansion yoy.

India and International Business

Revenue from Indian hotels increased by 22%, with an EBITDA increase of 35%. International revenue increased by 46%, with EBITDA soaring by 73%. EBITDA margins reached 41% and 39% in the India and International businesses respectively. Ventive’s Indian hotels reported an average daily rate (ADR) growth of 17% with an occupancy rate of 62%. Same-store RevPAR (revenue per available room) growth was 15%. International hospitality business reported occupancy of 71%.

Annuity Portfolio Performance

The annuity portfolio, including commercial real estate and retail properties in Pune, generated revenue of ₹128 crore and EBITDA of ₹116 crore.

Operational Highlights

The company’s Indian hotels reported Average Daily Rate (ADR) growth of 17%, coupled with stable occupancy of 62%. RevPAR growth in the India hospitality business was reported at 15%. Ventive’s international hotels reported occupancy rate of 71%. The same-store basis was 65%.
