Annuity Portfolio

Ventive’s annuity portfolio, consisting of commercial real estate and retail properties in Pune, contributed ₹128 crore in revenue and ₹116 crore in EBITDA.

The company announced the cessation of operations for Aloft Whitefield Hotel, operated by its subsidiary Urbanedge Hotels Private Limited, to upgrade the asset. This will elevate the hospitality standard and bring the AC Hotels by Marriott brand to India for the first time, with an estimated closure of 12 months.
