Shri Vivek Srivastava is now Executive Director (Talcher), and Mrs. Nanda Naryanprasad Kulkarni has been promoted to Executive Director (HRD). These changes, effective February 1, 2026, reflect RCF’s ongoing organizational development.

Key Management Promotions
Shri Vivek Srivastava has been promoted to the position of Executive Director (Talcher). He was previously serving as General Manager. Srivastava is a Chemical Engineer from Indian Institute of Technology-Banaras Hindu University and has over 35 years of experience with RCF. He is also serving as Managing Director of Talcher Fertilizers Limited.
Mrs. Nanda Naryanprasad Kulkarni has been promoted to the position of Executive Director (HRD). She was previously serving as General Manager. Kulkarni joined RCF as a Management Trainee (HR) and has over 35 years of experience in Human Resources.
Additional Management Changes
Shri Sanjay Dhondopant Bharambe continues to serve as General Manager (Materials). He joined RCF in June 1995 and has over 30 years of experience.
Shri Ravindra Vaijinathrao Chaudhari continues to serve as General Manager (Administration). He has rich experience of more than 30 years in RCF.
