GAIL (India) Limited reported Revenue from Operations of ₹1,03,899 crores for the nine months ending December 31, 2025, compared to ₹1,01,580 crores in the corresponding period of the previous financial year. The Profit before Tax (PBT) for the same period was ₹7,387 crores, while the Profit after Tax (PAT) stood at ₹5,706 crores.
In Q3 FY26, Revenue from Operations reached ₹34,076 crores, with a PBT of ₹2,030 crores and a PAT of ₹1,603 crores.
Operational Performance
The Average Natural Gas Transmission volume during the quarter was 125.45 MMSCMD. Gas marketing volume stood at 103.98 MMSCMD. LHC sales reached 200 TMT, and Polymer sales stood at 218 TMT.
Consolidated Results
On a consolidated basis, Revenue from Operations for the nine months ended December 31, 2025, was ₹1,06,389 crores. Consolidated PBT was ₹7,759 crores, and PAT (excluding non-controlling interest) was ₹6,098 crores.
Dividend Announcement
The company has declared an interim dividend of 50% of the face value for the financial year FY2025-26, amounting to ₹5 per share.
Infrastructure Development
During Q3 FY’26, 1,182 Kms of the Mumbai Nagpur Jharsuguda Pipeline were commissioned, bringing GAIL’s operational Natural Gas Pipeline network length to over 18,000 Kms.
Subsidiary Update
GAIL Global IFSC Limited (GGIL), GAIL’s wholly-owned subsidiary at GIFT City, has successfully commenced business operations within the first year of its incorporation.
