GDV Additions

For the nine months, the company added GDV (Gross Development Value) of ₹10,600 Cr. Noteworthy projects include Lokhandwala 2, Mulund, Navrat 2, Chembur, Mahalunge, Navy 2 and Matunga.

IC & IC Business

The IC & IC business (Integrated Cities and Industrial Clusters) continues to show good momentum. Existing DTA customer 2 contributed ₹41.7 Cr in revenue. Total revenue from O&M and other income reached ₹27.0 Cr. Overall, the Q3 FY26 total revenue for IC & IC amounted to ₹133.7 Cr.

Financial Position

The company maintains a healthy balance sheet with a net debt-to-equity ratio of -0.12 and a cost of debt at 6.7%. As of December 31, 2025, the total equity stood at ₹3,535 Cr. Sales Residential amounted to ₹572 Cr in Q3 FY26 and ₹1,773 Cr for 9M FY26.
