Shree Cement has announced key changes to its senior management. Mr. Vinod Kumar Chaturvedi, previously Chief Human Resources Officer, will take on a new role within the company, effective January 31, 2026. Mr. Manmohan Rathi, Joint President – Power Management, will assume additional responsibilities as Chief Human Resources Officer, in addition to his current role.
Senior Management Transition
Shree Cement has announced that Mr. Vinod Kumar Chaturvedi, formerly the Chief Human Resources Officer, designated as a Senior Management Person, will be transitioning to a new role within the company. This change is effective from January 31, 2026 (close of business hours).
Additional Responsibility
Mr. Manmohan Rathi, currently serving as Joint President – Power Management and already a designated Senior Management Person, will take on the added responsibility of Chief Human Resources Officer. This appointment is in place of Mr. Chaturvedi, according to the company announcement.
Effective Date
The changes in responsibilities for both Mr. Chaturvedi and Mr. Rathi are effective as of January 31, 2026.
