Belrise Industries Robust Q3 FY26 Results with PBT Up 35.9% YoY

Belrise Industries reported strong Q3 FY26 results, with revenue increasing by 8.0% to ₹23,405.2 Mn and Profit Before Tax (PBT) surging by 35.9% YoY to ₹1,774.9 Mn.   • Profit Before Tax (PBT): ₹1,774.9 Mn (up 35.9% YoY)
  • Adjusted Profit After Tax (PAT): ₹1,267.7 Mn (up 26.0% YoY)

For the nine months ended December 31, 2025:

  • Total Revenue: ₹69,562.7 Mn (up 15.6% YoY)
  • Gross Profit: ₹13,392.9 Mn (up 16.2% YoY)
  • EBITDA: ₹8,636.4 Mn (up 15.9% YoY)
  • Profit Before Tax (PBT): ₹4,976.8 Mn (up 62.5% YoY)
  • Adjusted Profit After Tax (PAT): ₹3,714.3 Mn (up 51.3% YoY)

  • Manufacturing EBITDA up 18%.
  • Exports contributed 5.6% to manufacturing revenue.
  • 73.2% of manufacturing revenue is from powertrain-neutral products.

Aerospace & Defense Expansion

Belrise Industries completed its first international acquisition by acquiring SDM, a European aerospace manufacturer specializing in high-precision machined parts. The acquisition was completed for a consideration of €0.35 million. SDM is expected to generate revenues of approximately €3–4 million in FY27.

A strategic collaboration agreement was signed with Plasan Sasa to manufacture and co-develop ATEMM systems for the Indian military.

Merger and New Facility

The merger of Badve Autocomps and Eximius Infra Tech with Belrise Industries Limited is expected to be EPS and value-accretive. The merged entities will create a major player in India’s two-wheeler plastic components segment.

A new manufacturing plant is being set up in Haridwar for one of India’s largest two-wheeler OEMs, with production expected in Q4 FY26 (Jan-Mar).
