Chalet Hotels has announced the appointment of Mr. Shwetank Singh as the Managing Director and CEO, effective February 1, 2026. This follows the retirement of Dr. Sanjay Sethi, who has completed his term. Dr. Sethi will continue to serve as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director from the same date. The board expressed its appreciation for Dr. Sethi’s leadership during his tenure.

Chalet Hotels is undergoing a change in its executive leadership. Effective February 1, 2026, Mr. Shwetank Singh will assume the role of Managing Director and CEO of the Company.
Retirement and Continued Association of Dr. Sanjay Sethi
The appointment follows the retirement of Dr. Sanjay Sethi, who completed his term as Managing Director and CEO on January 31, 2026. Dr. Sethi has also ceased to be a member of Senior Management.
The company recognizes Dr. Sethi’s contributions during his term. He will continue his association with Chalet Hotels as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director, also effective February 1, 2026.
Shareholder Approval
The changes to the board were approved by the shareholders on January 30, 2026.
