Details of the Amalgamation
This approval allows for the amalgamation of NCC Infrastructure Holdings Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary, with its holding company, NCC Limited. The effective date of the scheme will be the date on which the certified copy of the order is filed with the Registrar of Companies, Telangana, Hyderabad.

Financial Highlights
As per the announcement, M/s.NCC Limited recorded an income from operations of Rs.18,314.41 crores with a net profit after tax of Rs.631.48 crore for the year ended March 31st, 2024. For the year ended March 31st, 2025, the company recorded an income from operations of Rs.19,205.30 crore with a net profit after tax of Rs.761.09 crore.
