Record Date and Payability
The interim dividend will be payable to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members of the company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners as of the close of business hours on February 5, 2026 (Record date).
Tax Deduction at Source (TDS)
As per the Income Tax Act, 1961, the company is required to deduct tax at source (TDS) on the distribution of dividend income to its shareholders at the applicable rates. Shareholders are requested to update their records, including tax residential status and PAN details, with their relevant depositories or the Company’s registrar.
TDS Rates for Resident Shareholders
- For total dividend not exceeding ₹10,000: Nil
- If Form 15G or 15H is furnished: Nil
- PAN is available: 10%
- PAN is not available or invalid: 20%
TDS Rates for Non-Resident Shareholders
- Generally: 20% plus applicable surcharge and cess, or DTAA rate (whichever is lower)
Non-resident shareholders can avail the benefit of the Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement (DTAA) by submitting required documents, including a self-attested PAN card copy, Tax Residency Certificate, Form 10F, and a self-declaration.
Important Note
Shareholders are requested to submit the necessary documents for claiming exemptions from tax deduction on or before February 2, 2026. Any forms, declarations, and documents that are incomplete and/or unsigned or submitted after February 2, 2026 (5 pm) will not be considered.
