The company has appointed Mr. Sudhanshu Pareek as the new Head of Construction and Real Estate, also designated as SMP, effective February 01, 2026.
Sudhanshu Pareek’s Background
Mr. Sudhanshu Pareek brings over 18 years of diversified experience in Real Estate, Project Management, Business Development, and Product Management. He holds an MBA in Sales & Marketing. Previously, he was Executive Vice President – Real Estate at IIFL Finance Limited.
His previous roles include a decade at Kalpataru Limited as Vice President – Strategic Initiatives, along with positions at Peninsula Land, Omkar Realtors & Developers, ICICI Bank, and Nicholas Piramal. His expertise encompasses real estate, sales, finance, and product strategy.
