Gujarat Ambuja Exports Limited has announced the appointment of Shreyaan Manish Gupta, previously Associate (Finance & Business), as a Whole-time Director of the company, effective January 30th, 2026. Consequent to this appointment, Mr. Gupta will cease to be part of the Senior Management Personnel. This change is effective from the same date.

Shreyaan Manish Gupta, formerly designated as Associate (Finance & Business) at Gujarat Ambuja Exports Limited, has been appointed as a Whole-time Director. This appointment was made by the Board of Directors and is effective from January 30th, 2026.
Change in Personnel
As a result of his new role as Whole-time Director, Mr. Gupta will no longer be a part of the Senior Management Personnel, also effective January 30th, 2026.
