Mr. Gupta, aged 25 years, is the son of Mr. Manish Vijaykumar Gupta, Chairman & Managing Director of the Company.

- Maize Processing Division: Revenue of ₹931.23 crore
- Other Agro Processing Division: Revenue of ₹536.25 crore
- Spinning Division: Revenue of ₹14.70 crore

Consolidated Profit Before Tax stood at ₹88.20 crore.
