Graphite India ICRA Reaffirms Credit Ratings and Outlook

ICRA has reaffirmed the long-term rating of [ICRA] AA+ and short-term rating of [ICRA] A1+ for Graphite India’s credit facilities. The long-term rating carries a Stable outlook. These ratings apply to both the ₹1400 Crore working capital facilities and the ₹300 Crore Commercial Paper programme of the Company.

Credit Ratings Reaffirmed

Graphite India has received confirmation from ICRA Ltd. regarding the reaffirmation of its credit ratings. The long-term rating for the company’s credit facilities remains at [ICRA] AA+ (pronounced ICRA double A plus).

Short-Term Rating and Outlook

ICRA has also reaffirmed the short-term rating at [ICRA] A1+ (pronounced ICRA A one plus) for Graphite India. The outlook on the long-term rating is Stable.

Details of Rated Facilities

These ratings apply to Graphite India’s ₹1400 Crore working capital facilities. Furthermore, the rating of [ICRA] A1+ also applies to the ₹300.0 crore Commercial Paper programme of the company.
