Subros Limited has announced the approval of its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 (Q3 2025). The company reported a profit for the period of ₹34.75 lakhs. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors on January 30, 2026.
Directorate Changes
The board has approved key changes in its directorate:
- Resignation: Yusuke Hara resigned as Nominee Director, effective January 30, 2026.
- Appointment: Naohisa Kuriyama has been appointed as Nominee Director, effective January 30, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
- Alternate Director: Tsunenobu Hori has been appointed as Alternate Director to Naohisa Kuriyama, subject to shareholder approval.
Capacity Expansion in Gujarat
The Board has approved significant capacity expansion at its Karsanpura, Gujarat manufacturing unit. This includes:
- Electric Compressor: Addition of new local electric compressor production with a proposed capacity of 400,000 units per year. The investment required is ₹175 crores (approx.) and will be financed through debt (75%) and internal accruals (25%).
- ICE Compressor: Expansion of local ICE compressor production with a proposed capacity addition of 500,000 units per year. The investment required is ₹90 crores (approx.) and will be financed through internal accruals.
Postal Ballot Approval
The Board has approved a postal ballot notice to seek shareholder approval for the aforementioned directorate appointments.
