Kajaria Ceramics Q3 FY26 Results – Revenue Flat, Profit Soars 49%

Kajaria Ceramics reported flat revenue at ₹1168.26 crores for Q3 FY26. However, profit before tax surged by 49% to ₹165.12 crores. EBITDA margin increased to 17.20%, up from 12.78% in the corresponding quarter last year. The company converted a unit in Gailpur to produce Glazed Vitrified Tiles, aligning with market demand for value-added products. Kajaria remains confident about future value creation.

Financial Performance – Q3 FY26

In Q3 FY26, Kajaria Ceramics’ consolidated revenue remained relatively flat at ₹1168 crores, compared to the same quarter last year. This is mainly attributed to stagnant tiles volume and the cessation of ply sales due to the division’s closure. Despite this, the EBITDA margin for Q3 FY26 reached 17.20%, marking an increase of 442 bps compared to 12.78% in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

EBITDA experienced a sequential decrease of 74 bps compared to Q2 FY26, primarily due to reduced sales realization stemming from discounts offered to streamline SKUs.

Production and Capacity Adjustments

The company’s Gailpur plant has been adapted to shift one unit with a capacity of 9.10 msm p.a. from producing Ceramic Floor Tiles to Glazed Vitrified Tiles. This strategic move aims to focus on higher value-added products in response to prevailing market demands.
