Real Estate Segment
The real estate revenue for the quarter stood at ₹1,133 Crores, up from ₹1,103 Crores in Q3 FY25, showing a 3% growth. The EBITDA for the quarter was ₹170 Crores. The company’s pre-sales volume in Q3 FY26 reached 1.33 Mn sqft, valued at ₹1,750 Crores, with collections at ₹1,258 Crores.
Leasing Performance
During the quarter, leasing revenue amounted to ₹325 Crores, which represents a 16% increase compared to Q3 FY25. EBITDA for leasing stood at ₹231 Crores. The portfolio’s occupancy rate was 93%, with an overall leased area of 8.61 Mn sqft out of 9.29 Mn sqft.
Hospitality Sector
The hospitality revenue stood at ₹165 Crores for the quarter, indicating a 12% growth compared to Q3 FY25. EBITDA for the hospitality segment was ₹58 Crores.
Consolidated Financials
Overall revenue in Q3 FY26 grew by 6% to ₹1,623 Crores from ₹1,530 Crores in Q3 FY25. The consolidated EBITDA was reported at ₹459 Crores, and PAT at ₹206 Crores.
Year-to-Date Performance
For the first nine months of FY26, the company’s revenue grew by 16% to ₹4,386 Crores, compared to ₹3,781 Crores in the same period of FY25. The EBITDA for the 9-month period grew by 4% to ₹1,209 Crores, against ₹1,166 Crores. PAT for the same period grew by 24% to ₹534 Crores from ₹431 Crores.
