Operational Performance and Satisfaction
The Board expressed its deep satisfaction with the performance of recent AIS expansions in both automotive and architectural segments. The third float glass plant at Soniyana (Rajasthan), a major localization project for AIS, has now stabilized and is operating at full capacity. This plant is primarily used for in-house raw glass requirements for the automotive glass business.
Other Expansion Progress
Expansions at the Patan plant for automotive glass business and the south plant for windows business are progressing satisfactorily. These ongoing developments contribute to AIS’s growth and market position.
Financial Results
The Board of Directors reviewed, approved, and took on record the unaudited financial results of the company (Standalone and Consolidated) along with Limited Review Reports for Q3 and nine months ended December 31, 2025.
