Financial Performance
Balaji Amines announced its financial results for Q3FY26, with consolidated revenue from operations amounting to ₹331.30 crore. This compares to ₹340.55 crore in the previous quarter, Q2FY26, demonstrating stable operational performance. The company maintained similar volume levels as in Q3FY25, supported by consistent demand across its key segments and stable commodity prices. Total volumes reached 25,894 MT for Q3FY26, compared to 24,097 MT in Q3FY25.

EBITDA for Q3FY26 was ₹61.67 crore, compared to ₹66.87 crore in Q2FY26 and ₹53.57 crore in Q3FY25. The EBITDA margin for Q3FY26 stood at 18.34%, versus 19.24% in Q2FY26 and 16.71% in Q3FY25.
PAT for Q3FY26 was ₹30.76 crore, compared to ₹37.10 crore in Q2FY26. Diluted EPS for Q3FY26 stood at ₹9.49 per equity share, against ₹10.67 in Q2FY26.
Project Updates
Balaji Amines provided updates on several new and ongoing projects:
- Dimethyl Ether (DME): The plant is expected to be commissioned during FY2026-27.
- N-Methyl Morpholine (NMM): A 5000 TPA capacity plant is under execution and expected to be commissioned during FY2026-27.
- Acetonitrile (ACN): An improved process-based ACN plant is under execution and expected to be commissioned during FY2026-27.
Subsidiary Expansion
Balaji Speciality Chemicals Limited is undertaking a new expansion of ₹750 crore. This includes facilities for Hydrogen Cyanide (HCN), Sodium Cyanide (NaCN), Ethylene Diamine Tetra Acetic Acid (EDTA), and related EDA-based products.
The expansion project has been granted Mega Project status by the Maharashtra government.
At Unit-I, a brownfield project for EDA-based products is expected to be commissioned during September 2026. At Unit-II, equipment erection is in progress, targeting commissioning before December 2026.
