Aegis Logistics reported a robust performance for Q3 FY2026 and 9M FY2026. In 9M FY26, the company recorded its highest-ever revenues in the Liquids Division and its highest-ever EBITDA. 9M FY26 Performance Highlights

Aegis Logistics demonstrated significant growth in the first nine months of fiscal year 2026:

  • Liquids Division: Achieved its highest-ever 9M revenues and EBITDA.
  • Gas Division: Recorded its highest-ever 9M EBITDA, boosted by strong logistics and distribution volume.
  • Normalized EBITDA: Increased to Rs. 929 Cr., reflecting a 26% growth.
  • PAT: Rose to Rs. 652 Cr., a substantial 39% increase.

The Gas division recorded EBITDA of Rs. 582 Cr. (+31% growth), while the Liquid Division recorded Rs. 346 Cr. (+17% growth).

Q3 FY26 Performance Highlights

The company continued its strong performance into Q3 FY26:

  • Addition of 61,000 KL liquids capacity at Mumbai Port is underway, with commissioning expected in Q1 FY27.
  • First phase of new liquid capacity at JNPA is expected to be commissioned in Q1 FY27.
  • Ammonia terminal is scheduled for commissioning in Q1 FY27.
  • Liquids Division: Reported its highest-ever Q3 revenues and EBITDA.
  • Gas Division: Achieved its highest-ever Q3 EBITDA due to record logistics and distribution volumes.
