Adani Total Gas Limited (ATGL) reported a strong performance in Q3 FY26, with CNG volume rising by 17% and PNG volume by 3%. The company expanded its network to 680 CNG stations and added 35,000 new PNG connections, reaching a total of 1.05 million domestic PNG consumers. Financial and Operational Performance
Adani Total Gas Limited (ATGL) announced its Q3 FY26 earnings, highlighting robust growth and expansion. Revenue from operations increased by 17% to INR 1,631 crores for the quarter and 19% to INR 4,692 crores for the nine-month period. EBITDA for Q3 increased by 15% to INR 313 crores, and profit before tax increased by 10% to INR 212 crores.
Network Expansion and Infrastructure
ATGL expanded its network by adding 18 new CNG stations, bringing the total to 680 stations. The company’s steel pipeline infrastructure has increased to 14,862 inch-kilometres, and MDPE pipeline to 8,100 kilometres. Approximately 35,000 new PNG connections were added during the quarter, reaching a total of 1.05 million domestic PNG consumers. Additionally, 148 new industrial and commercial customers were added.
E-Mobility Initiatives
Adani TotalEnergies E-mobility Limited (ATEL), a subsidiary of ATGL, operates nearly 5,000 EV charge points across 26 states and union territories, covering 226 cities, with an installed capacity of 51 megawatts. ATGL aims to install 10,000 EV charge points.
Regulatory Developments and Cost Framework
The CGD industry saw a transition to a 2% CST from the earlier 15% value-added tax on natural gas transported outside Gujarat. Also, the introduction of a simplified 2-zone transmission tariff structure has streamlined costs, with a tariff of INR 54 for domestic PNG and CNG supplies.
Sustainability and Safety
ATGL’s S&P Dow Jones Sustainability Index Score has risen to 72, ranking ninth globally in the gas utility sector and first in India. The company has been upgraded to the leadership category A in the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) rating. ATGL has also been honored with the Gold award for safety excellence at the Apex India Safety Awards 2025.
